Programul Național este o extensie a academiei ThinkUp. Scopul său principal este de a îndruma elevii școlilor noastre partenere spre implementarea proiectelor propuse de membri academiei pentru a se dezvolta atât personal, cât și
profesional.
Activitățile și proiectele diverse cuprind Webinarii, Challenge-uri, Summituri, Summer School, facilitând extinderea constantă a rețelei de parteneri formată din școli, ONG-uri și firme ce aparțin unor antreprenori de succes.
Cu ajutorul elevului ambasador reușim să comunicăm cu toți elevii școlii sale. Acesta realizează challenge-urile propuse de noi împreună cu echipa sa și sprijinul constant al mentorilor noștri. Elevul ambasador promovează activitățile oferite de academie în rândul colegilor săi, participă la Summituri și Summer School. Ștefan Gheorghiu-mentor Programul Național: Summer School este evenimentul care unește toți elevii ambasadori la un loc în fiecare vară. Fiecare ediție a Summer School unește atât elevii, cât și mentorii, legându-se prietenii de lungă durată. În perioada 28-31 august, la Oradea, 11 elevi ambasadori au avut șansa de a-și dezvolta propriu proiect și de a fi mentorati în realizarea acestuia, în timp ce participă la sesiuni cu diferiți speakeri. Pe parcursul proiectului acestora li s-a oferit oportunitatea de a discuta Raul Septimiu Marina, Store Operations Manager Decathlon România, care a vorbit despre motivație și cum să realizăm ceea ce ne propunem. De asemenea, proiectele realizate s-au bazat pe filmul “The Social Network”, film pe care l-au discutat cu Ioan Pop-Curseu care este prof. dr. la Facultatea de Teatru şi Film a Universității Babes Bolyai.
Summit-urile sunt întâlnirile fizice organizate în trei zone ale țării de două ori pe an cu elevii și profesorii școlilor partenere. În cadrul lor sunt dezbătute impacturile challenge-urilor (provocări, sub forma unor proiecte, lansate tuturor școlilor partenere). Îmbunătățirea constantă a activității este realizată prin oferirea unui feedback de ansamblu din partea membrilor noștri și partenerii academiei, iar totodată se consolidează legături între școli prin împărtășirea de idei și sugestii.
Această întrebuințare vine mână în mână cu o multitudine de oportunități care îl ajută să-și dezvolte abilitățile tehnice și soft skills.
De exemplu, abilitățile de organizare sunt puse la încercare când trebuie să planifice un challenge în școala sa. Acestea sunt provocări, sub forma unor proiecte, lansate tuturor școlilor partenere, ce au ca scop dezvoltarea atât
pe plan personal, cât și academic a elevilor. Capacitatea de adaptare a acestora crește pe măsură ce parcurg etapele challenge-urile, precum și stima de sine în momentul îndeplinirii cu succes a task-urilor. Totodată prin stimularea
creativității sporește atenția la detalii și modul de configurare a time managementului personal.
Printre conceptele de challenge-uri, ThinkUp realizate se numără: workshop-uri de orientare în cariera, care oferă elevilor oportunitatea de a afla informații despre un anumit domeniu pe care ar dori să se focuseze odată cu terminarea liceului, direct de la reprezentanți ai facultății respective sau foști elevi, acum studenți. În acest mod, sunt ajutați să facă o decizie cu privire la cariera/facultatea pe care ar dori să o urmeze, punându-le la dispoziție materiale referitoare la acestea. Conceptul “Club de lectură” presupune un mediu care sa atragă și să provoace tinerii la lectură, activitățile nefiind limitate doar la citit, ci și la insuflarea ideii de a folosi lectura ca mod de relaxare și autocunoaștere. Un real succes a avut conceptul “Seara de de film”, care presupune un mediu care să aducă toată comunitatea din cadrul școlii pentru a viziona un film de impact, la final discutându-se semnificațiile sale ascunse prin intermediul unei dezbateri după vizionarea acestuia.
Sprijinul este nelipsit în academie și elevii ambasadori pot apela oricând la mentorii noștri pe parcursul challenge-urilor, atât în gestionarea organizării interne, cât și la apariția oricărui impediment. Mentorii Academiei îi ajută
în gestionarea organizării lor interne, cât și la apariția oricărui lucru neașteptat. De asemenea, le oferă diverse sugestii și le propun idei, asigurându-se de o bună implementare a provocărilor.
Odată înscris ca elev ambasador, te integrezi într-o comunitate națională de tineri antreprenori și oameni care îți împărtășesc pasiunile.

M-am înscris pentru postul de mentor în ThinkUp Academy cu intenția de a încerca ceva nou și de a căpăta ceva experiență. Însă nimic nu m-a pregătit pentru ce avea să urmeze. Oamenii pe care i-am cunoscut în Programul Național sunt extraordinari și am ajuns să colaborăm în moduri eficiente, să empatizăm unul cu celălalt în diferite circumstanțe și să legăm relații frumoase de prietenie. Și elevii ambasadori, împreună cu profesorii lor, pe care îi coordonez la zona mea sunt superbi, persoane implicate, dornice să aducă o schimbare în școlile lor. Cu siguranță am învățat să-i îndrum și să le fiu alături necondiționat, ei având nevoie de tot sprijinul pentru a duce la bun sfârșit toate challenge-urile. Activitățile organizate în cadrul Programului Național precum Summit-urile și Summer School-urile sunt de natură să ne dezvolte pe toate planurile și să ne propulseze în a deveni cea mai bună versiune a fiecăruia. Voi fi etern recunoscătoare pentru această oportunitate și îmi doresc din suflet ca oricine să aibă parte de loialitatea și siguranța pe care Programul Național mi le oferă.
